Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently offer international shipping.


Fulfillment & Transit Times

All True Norma orders ship from a US warehouse. We do not ship direct from overseas.

Timeframe
Order processing 1–2 business days
Standard shipping 3–7 business days
Estimated total 4–9 business days from order date

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.


Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders.


Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the confirmation is sent.


Address Accuracy

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will reship at no additional cost.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us at hello@truenorma.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue — replacement or refund — within 5 business days of your report.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item and email hello@truenorma.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
