Return and refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at hello@truenorma.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Return shipping is free for accepted returns.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
